Our Delivery Process

  • Consumer Places Order

    Order is placed with the retailer / manufacturer and information sent to Panther's order management system.

  • Delivery Scheduled

    Panther schedules a convenient delivery date with the end consumer, via the online booking portal or over the phone via the Panther call centre.

  • Goods Transferred

    The goods are received into Panther's cross-dock facility, scanned and loaded into delivery vans.

  • Delivery to Consumer

    Two man crew deliver to consumer's room of choice, unpack the item, clean it and remove the packaging.

  • Proof of Delivery

    Consumer signature is taken to confirm satisfaction at the point of delivery.

  • Delivery Scheduled

    Panther schedules a convenient delivery date with the end consumer, via the online booking portal or over the phone via the Panther call centre.

  • Confirmations

    The end consumer receives several notifications throughout the process, including: confirmation of booking, reminder message morning before delivery and an SMS/email with a tracking link and delivery window.

  • Day of Delivery

    Driver calls 30-60 minutes prior to arrival to confirm with the end consumer.

  • Post Delivery

    Consumer receives a satisfaction call post delivery.
