Our Customer Communication

Day of Purchase

Consumer order placed with retailer /manufacturer. Order information sent to Panther’s order management system (“Tracker”)

Delivery Booked

Panther schedules the delivery date with the end consumer, via the online booking portal, or over the phone via the Panther call centre

Customer Notification

Customers receive several notifications throughout the process. These include: confirmation of booking, reminder message morning before delivery and an SMS/email with a tracking link and delivery window

Day of Delivery

Driver calls 30-60 minutes prior to arrival to confirm with the customer

Proof of Delivery

Customer signature is taken to confirm satisfaction at the point of delivery

Customer receives a satisfaction call post delivery
